HI I found some split videos of Alisa/Foxy

They're named like this:

3 Girls Lollipop - FX64V001.wmv
3 Girls Lollipop - FX64V002.wmv
3 Girls Lollipop - FX64V003.wmv

FX6194V001.wmv
FX6194V002.wmv

FXNT925V001.wmv
FXNT925V002.wmv
FXNT925V003.wmv

Each file is about 4 minutes long but when I try to re-join them using hjsplit or total-commander. The result video will play only the first 4 minute segment and then pause. So must have used the wrong software to rejoin. Who the hell split the files and using what software?

These are not the correct type of file for hjsplit or total-commander. Files split using that type of software
would look like this,
3 Girls Lollipop - FX64V.wmv.001
3 Girls Lollipop - FX64V.wmv.002
What you need is a standard video joiner such as Easy Video Joiner v5.21 (Google it).

I'm fairly sure that video was originally published in 3 parts on the site.

If you wanted to split a large file I would use winrar.
