[Yes, the pictures are real but....There is no legal disclaimer of any kind on her new site stating that she is 18. No disclaimer of any kind. Which is more than a little odd. And since models can pose topless well below 18 in some EU countries, her material will not be allowed until legal documentation is presented.

As far as I know, she did turn 18 not that long ago. But it's hard to say just how new these pictures are. It's possible her webmaster intentionally left the legal documentation off the site to help prevent it from being reposted all over the place.

One site that had her previews posted have already pulled them, probably for the same reason I did.

If someone can send me an original picture - clothed please - that has the time stamp on it, that will go a long way in getting the A-OK to post them.

She may be 18, she is from Poland. There is no age information on the site. In Poland you can start working in porn industry if you are 15>

Not to sound skeptical, but are these real? If they are, I am both surprised AND impressed!

From multiple sources I have been told that she was well over the age of 18 at the time of these new topless shoots.

I hope everyone understands the cautious approach I took.

And if you do you will know that Cherry is actually Closer to 20 now than she is 18. But of course that doesn't mean her photos are that old. (she doesn't live in Poland btw...)

According to best source I know Cherry's last ***** under 18 set was about a month ago. (Over a year old from when it was actually shot.)

The hair style she is sporting in these topless photos showed up on her social networking site over 4 months ago. (putting her well over 18yo)

But the likelihood of this forum going away tomorrow is much greater due to copyright infringement than because of 17yo tits!!!

Add that fact to the verifiable information that is out there that can prove Cherry's exact age to the day... and you will see why I find myself a bit amused and miffed about this whole affair.

And finally... This is obviously a new project from *****. They are based in the Czech Republic and Russia and could give two hoots about your 2577 laws. PLus... topless doesn't need a 2577 disclaimer. You may never see a "legal" disclaimer from these cats!!!

There's a better set of data to base MOD decisions on than the presence of "legal" disclaimer.

With the 'old' site, she may have been 18 in the later sets but I'm not too comfortable with allowing them to be posted. If they are time stamped, I might reconsider. I know this is sorta similiar to the FG situation but FG doesn't have models anywhere near as young as Cherry's old site currently has.
