Looks like things are not going well for Kelsey, she has been charged on two counts of Burglary!!!

At least this puts to bed any suspicions she was older than many of us suspected! Hehe.
Got to wonder what she was doing in there in the first place, the mind boggles. I guess had there been a solicitation as well we would know, but more likely a bit of stupidity. |

Actually Giaco, the claim on the website was she turned 18 in late 2011 and the launch of the new site with full "I've just turned 18" fanfare came on the back of that. The mugshot and profile show that she actually turned 18 some twelve months before that, so in real terms the lie about her age was there. So, if you apologise for lying about her age then I will apologise for saying she looked in her mid 20's!
She simply looks older than she actually is, which now appears to be rather sad for her. A 19 year old looking mid 20's doesn't hold out much for her longevity, neither does being busted for criminal trespass right enough!
Kelsey should look to someone with the same level of looks as her career guide. My suggestion would be Faye Reagan! |

Oh dear, just checked the site and it is an "archive" site now. So clearly she is either off doing something else or is instead doing time!
I genuinely hope she is OK, she clearly needs guidance in both her career and her life and I hope she gets it. She has an obvious route to make money and it is up to her if she goes down that route. |

There was never a claim on the website that she turned 18 late in 2011. Both her current 18+ site and her previous teen site are online with blog postings showing the same. Her Teen Site ended in March 2011 and her 18+ site started the same month, so obviously nowhere did we try to say she was still 17 in 2011.
Guess some people just can't admit that they were wrong. Pure and simple. |

And just to eliminate all the crazy speculation on what Kelsey did, she went on a joy ride with one of her friends and were under the influence, and stopped at a nice house and grabbed a couple small statues from the front yard and took off with them. Unfortunately for them, the house had security cameras.
And she is not in jail. |

Nice to hear she is not in jail and I hope she overcomes her problems soon enough. Stupid prank to play in a country covered in security cameras. Hardly "crazy speculation" as the timing of the legal problems coincide with the archive nature of the site so could be argued to be a logical conclusion. $5000 per offence is pretty steep so again this would lead credence to the idea she was not really at liberty. However it is nice to know she is not in jail.
Whatever you say, I remember the site saying, and I paraphrase "I have finally turned 18" and it is now obvious that she only realised she had about 12 months after she actually did. Still, from what I have seen you post I am guessing you are a big fan of Joseph Stalin, as you communicate in a similar fashion, crush any that use "your property" and now are prone to a little bit of historical revision!
Still, I guess now the Kelsey cash cow has gone that another will pop up in their place. |

Oh boy, here we go again. You two are quite the pair. I swear you both were unhappily married to each other in another life! 
The $5,000 per offense is just a set amount. Whether you steal a riding lawnmower or a garden gnome, they both fall under the same penalty. Considering the amount of crime in Florida, and her age, she'll probably end up paying a fine at most. I can't even imagine her doing community service.
Odds are, what she did is probably pretty trivial compared to what most of us here have done in our youth. I mean, I really hate to think what would have happened to me if I had been caught doing some of the stupid things I did at that age.
