Yea, don't mean to pass judgement on anyone else's taste, but must admit, personally I just don't get the peeing, pooping, vomiting niche.

My best guess, perhaps an ignorant one, is that porn tends to stop working after awhile, and maybe this is something folks turn to in hopes of rekindling the flame? Dunno, no clue really.
