Hi discostew69 - not a bad 1st attempt. What are you PC or MAC? Irrespective and assuming you are PC - it is the final handling of the capture file i.e. the codec you use. Just as an example - I use 3ivx D4.5.1 Video Codec - for my final 'saving file' - with no sound or mic - cos there is no sound etc.
Try a few different setttings and maybe speak to Johnny111 - to see what settings he uses - assuming that's okay with johnny111. I've posted up a 1 hour compilation of Tawfig below - for your enjoyment.

EDIT - awe crap - file is fucked - sorry for those (39) guys that have downloaded and got - crap - so i'll re-move the link. Didn't check the edit yesterday - must have made a reference file instead of - awe crap. I've dumped the 3 files that made up the cllip - so i'll try and capture her again.
