mac software to create 100mb rar files?

hey all

ok so i wanted to see if anyone knows of a program for the mac that lets you take a large video clip and break it down into the 100mb .rar files that you see posted in the video clips section linked to rapidshare.

i've seen plenty of posts here about how to unrar on a mac but i can't find anything that will create the .rar files that isn't complicated. i found one that seems to use the terminal, but i can't figure it out. something free or super cheap would be cool too.

still having problems, try Gumby - gumby.misplacedmac.com
If you can’t figure out how to create rars in it (read manual first) you can PM me.
