Thanks for your comments above, appreciated!
Anyway, thought I would give you an update. Afraid to say it is not looking good. The updates are clearly older material that has been sitting around since the older site closed. The "new" girls are really not up to much and the most recent update is ten pics of a girl sitting looking at you, byt the time of the last pic the shoulder is bare! Not really what you are paying for!
The other issue is the updates. To anyone that was a member the last time this will be a reminder of what it was like. The update page clearly states "New Content added every few days. Averaging 3-4 times per week." Now, it is the 14th of January today and there have been 5 updates since the first, 3 of which are clearly older material and the other two suspiciously so.
This is not on, already the rate has fallen below the promised level. I don't think I will be renewing.
Crush is a nice site all in, but I think you would be better paying for a month every 6 months or so and getting everything you want then. |

Lots of new photo shoots with known and yet-unseen CrushGirls are scheduled to take place in the first quarter of 2008. |

Svot - I am always intrigued when people make posts like that with no way of telling if it is true or not.
I don't wish to seem rude, but how do you know that? I have seen comments on the site relating to that but the performance so far indicates no great change in either attitude or nature of the content.
If you could let me (and us) know where this information comes from I would appreciate it. Too often I have seen comments like that seemingly pulled from the air.
If this is what comes to pass then I will certainly give it appropriate reviews on this Thread! |

Rest assured, I can relate to your diffident attitude and your partial disappointment. But consider this, please - CrushEmpire.com has been online for just about two months now, and it's no secret that all beginnings (or comebacks for that matter) are difficult. So we shall simply see if my words will hold true within the next few weeks/months. yeah?  |

The counter to that is that in order to re-launch the site and capture the minds and money of formerly very annoyed members then the updates should be coming like clockwork and the new sets from existing and new girls should be in the can prior to the launch so as to convince people that they are serious about keeping the punter happy!
There should be zipfiles of the sets, email addresses, cams, bios and lots more to really get it going again!
We shall see, but I don't think I will be funding the site on the grounds that something might happen.
Would help if the "Wizard" (if it is him again) would actually put out a timetable of events on the new site! |

| I was very close to joining again, but after the latest comments here about updates being sparse, I think I'll be waiting for a while. I agree with BigA, they should have had a metric assload of new content when they relaunched. If they're not keeping up with the updates in the beginning, that does not bode well for the future. Being a member of Kari's site has pretty much removed any inclination on my part towards believing the "there'll be updates soon! believe us!" line on other sites. |

One of the old problems was the webmaster's inclination to use each and every holiday as an excuse to not upload the site.
I know this sounds really mean but the number of holiday breaks in the updates that used to be on CrushPhoto seems to be continuing here. Christmas is fine, Thanksgiving I would agree is an American holiday so fair enough, but New Years is not really a holiday. Then in the new year the sum total of 5 updates when the "Whats New" page clearly states that there should have been 6-8 in the same time puts it at best 1 behind, at worst 3 behind.
Some might say "so what" and I can see this as an argument. but to me it is simply plugging into the starting point of all the problems that Crush had in the closing stages of the last site.
A relaunch should not really continue the bad habits of the old site, bad habits that eventually led to its closure. Not a great sign.
We shall see though, I will leave my membership to renew once and then close it. I will update this Thread and give a conclusion when my membership finally lapses.
If the improvement comes then I will happily shout about it here! |

Well, this is interesting.
Following my update the other day there has been three more updates. One of which is nothing more than 10 head and shoulders pictures fully clothed of Chrysta and another bikini shoot of Estrella (who is not up to the standard of other Crush girls) that shows nothing.
Also, the "Averaging 3-4 times a week" has been removed from the updates page. This is how is started to go wrong the last time. The webmaster starts to dilute the promises and then it slows down to a crawl. Sorry to say, despite the mentions of new stuff above (total guesswork I would imagine until proof is provided) I am not holding my breath for this incarnation to last the course. |
