first off, i want to say that i'm not sure this is the right place for this thread. if not, please move it to a proper location. Smile

ok, here´s the deal:
i am seriously considering opening my own teensite.
i figure, since i spend most of my free time looking for new fresh teen material, i should make my own instead. also i believe that if there's something you're genuinely interested in, that can generate an income, you should go for it.
so now i'm looking for some information on how to go about this.
how do i get in touch with girls (18-22) in eastern european countries like Ukraine, Romania, Moldova and Bulgaria? (i know some limited russian)
what do you think would be a reasonable amount of funds needed to pull this off?
there are simply too many questions, so basically hit me with all knowledge and/or experience that you might have about the business.

Den här avdelningen av forumet är nog den rätta för din fråga.
Däremot vet jag av erfarenhet att det inte ger särskilt många svar eftersom antalet besökare är lågt.
Testa att ställa frågan i General chat även om det inte är den "rätta" platsen.
Antalet besökare och kvaliten på svaren är i allmänhet bättre.
Om du nu skulle öppna din egen site kan man få ett VIP pass? Very Happy

sorry att jag inte svarat, men är inte här så regelbundet nuförtiden.
jag ställde frågan i general chat, men den blev flyttad hit har jag för mig.
och ja, så klart vi fixar ett VIP-pass ifall det hela skulle bli av, men det hela ligger ganska långt borta. håller på och lär mig ryska i alla fall, det är ju ett steg i rätt riktning. Smile

I have already looked into this. I speak read and write Russian fluently, but am 100% American. I actualy traveled there to meet some friends in the business. It is some what cheaper there than here to do this work, but not as cheap as you may think.
I can tell you that there are many people all over the world trying to break into the business. I have a friend in the business down in LA that receives hundreds of movies and photos per year of people with poor to well made stuff hoping to find an outlet to market their material.
The magazines are dead. There is no money to be made there. Selling your video with no big name behind you is almost impossible. The only way is to have your own site, and promote the heck out of it.
To have your own site, you need $$$ to get enough material, and the right kind of it..... then to build a first class web site. Then you must market it all the time..... and hope you make it, and some one likes your stuff. You must constantly add new material, or you loose customers as fast as you get them.
I would say about $300,000 to begin would be a good number. With out this, you are nothing. Look at ATK and many others. They have Millions invested.
Teen Funs was the best in my opinion for the < < CENSORED > > looking girls. No one had such perfect girls, taste in sceens and great photography, and the photos for it's time were pretty good resolution. The ease of finding the girls once in the site, navigating around, and so much more were done very well. The people who put this orginazation togeather were quite frankly...... some of the best in the business! That is why I keep comming back to this forum. Hoping to see they have began a new site.
For some one to be able to produce the kind of site that Teen Funs was, will be extreemly tough. I really don't think we will ever see one again. You would not only have to have some really sharp minds, web designers, and photographers, but a couple of million dollars too. To get the quality of girls they had...... that ain't gonna be cheap any where, andy time.
