Sorry to hijack the thread but...
Had to reply myself Slade to speak to your admiration of the greatest band in the world and the moniker of, sadly, a former member here - Iron Maiden.
That original singer was Paul Dianno who, albeit one who cannot hold a torch when comparing talent to the siren Bruce Dickenson, was instrumental in solidifying a staunchly loyal fanbase for arguably the most infuluential of the "new wave of British Heavy Metal" bands or "progressive metal" as I like to refer to them by. 
Seen the boys several times myself, most recently in NYC last tour - real life conflicted with me seeing them this time around 
Kudos to the original poster for the great vids and to Slade for his immense contibutions.
