I hope I got the right place for this topic. My apologies if not.

I've now recieved a warning message twice after clicking the page number of a thread. It reads as such:

Warning: str_repeat () [function.str_repeat] Second argument has to be greater than or equal to 0 in home/zorgefhgo1/forumophilia.com/viewtopic.php on line 1079

This warning apears on the top of the page after clicking the page link. My concern is my computer has somehow sent some conflicting signal to the forum?

I've only had this computer for a week. Its used but new to me. It came with Windows XP and a firewall. Dont know if that helps but I thought it worth mentioning.

The errata in question, a few lines of code displayed atop the page in certain threads, is generated as a result of the occasional MySQL/PHP meltdown. It doesnt impact the database per se, it merely looks odd when the left-over gibberish warnings are shown atop those threads affected.

In lieu of starting another thread, here's a nit-picky question I have had for some time: why don't emoticons get inserted where I place the cursor? No matter where I indicate that they should go, they always appear at the end of the post and I have to cut/paste them.

Not a big deal, but certainly a miner irritant (like black lung Wink ). Just wondered why that might be, since I have not had that problem before on any other boards. Question

Location: Sitting at my computer of course. How else do you think I'm typing this?

I've experienced this before on some phpbb boards. I think it's a common idiosyncrasy of the software.
