DUDE! i am very aware of the rules... and yeees she is she is 19 years old. She looks young and i guess thats the point of interest..
Why dont you give it a try in google and search her name (Jenifer del Carmen Benítez )... Even if the info is in spanish just try to use the google translator and see that she is defintely above the 18 mark..

Being rude toward the staff here is not appreciated. I am locking this thread. If anybody has a problem with that, they can complain via Private Message.
It was my bad so I have apologiesed and unlocked the thread again.
To my defense I must say that I did checked against the Olympics official athletes records.
She is 20 on Oct 1 2008.
My bad was that I was to tired and did a miscalculation in my head ending up with the result 17 going on 18 instead of 19 going on 20.
