Can't load an avatar?

I loaded an avatar when i first signed up, but it was somehow kicked out. So I tried loading it again and this error message comes up!!!WATSUP WIT DAT?????????

Below is the avatar I would like to load!!!!!!!!!!!

Have you tried uploading it from your PC rather than a site? ...

Just trying to help.

I guess I would be telling you the obvious if I said it has to be no larger than 100 x 100 pixels and no greater than 195kb ? ...

same thing here, and not even by far the avatar is not 1ooX1oo and 195Kb

I also tryed many times, diferent sizes, resolutions and file types. No luck.
I PM GS about that many times, but got no answer.

go to profile and place the address of your avatar in the

Link to off-site Avatar:
Enter the URL of the location containing the
Avatar image you wish to link to.

section, press submit,,,should work with almost any size or type...

i did that with you image here...hope it works... cool it did,,so hope that helps..
