Appearently Kailyn is ill and the photographer doesn't know if or when she will return. I hope she does. She seems to really enjoy being photographed. Plus I enjoy watching.

Over on the webmasters forum, he's pretty much confirmed Kailyn is now retired. Website has been made into an archive site.
