Normal RenPy commands apply: hold CTRL to skip text. The way the game is written, RenPy considers all text to be 'seen' after the first line in the game, so holding CTRL might skip a lot very fast.

On maps,
red/green squares are interactable objects (characters, items that can be picked up, exits...).
the blue square represents the location the Player Character is at. Probably.
you can use the mousewheel to ****m in, and click-drag to move the map around Google Maps style.
The game may chug a bit drawing each large map for the first time. Maps will be cached on disk after being rendered the first time.

Press 'q' to open the Quest Log (requires patch 0.8.1 or greater). Milf's Control is pretty inconsistent about how it uses the Quest Log, it will be blank for a while into the game and not everything is in it.

Added more than 200 renders. This is 7 new scenes, 5 new animation.
High-level patrons get new bonus scene with Mia and Kitty and with two animation. All another players opens bonus animation with Betty in jail, if you opened this scene before, you can check new animation in gallery.
Added one new mini-game. Boxing training.
Added few new locations.
Added fast travel to Dojo.
Changed the design of the battle, but it will still change.
Intro switched off, I got a lot of negative feedback on this part, so it will be totally rebuild in future..
