I was sent these picture by someone from an online dating site - I'm thinking she is WAAAAY too good looking (and the photos too nicely lit) to be a real girl, and must be someone online.

I really want to find out who this girl really is if for no other reason than to put my mind to rest and confirm the scam.

Yep, she's definitely a pornstar.. I remember the girl.
Unfortunately I can't remember her name.. YOu are correct to be wary.. but maybe the pornstar wants a blind date with you!

Thanks to your direction and the ever-popular Google, I've tracked down the elusive Miss Turner who went back to her real (?) name - Katie Thomas - and now specializes in exclusively servicing black men.

Sadly, Google hasn't coughed up the exact images I have, which would have been the final nail, but I'll keep looking. I'd hate to sign up to her site just to prove the point.

BTW - the girl who sent me the pics lives in South Africa (and I've talked to her on the phone) so there's definitely no confusing that accent for Paige/Katie's cute lil voice.
