This is what you get when you take legal advice from the law-firm of Flywheel, Shyster & Flywheel. Kiwc believes that any single-girl nude is legal regardless of age, context, or poses. Because I disagree with him, he thinks I'm an outraged, paranoid, conservative.

If it's true that the board's server is based in the US, (as I read here today in another thread) it would mean that content posted would have to comply with US law. So, it makes sense to tread carefully when in doubt. It doesn't mean I'm paranoid, or a prude, it's basic, common sense.
