I'm afraid it remains forbidden.
In fact there is a link to a blogsite, not just the normal ads like other imagehosters.
This blogsite seems to offers all kind of crappy stuff, links to ****, streaming content which tries to install unwanted software and so on.
So you better don't try that, and to keep the forum safe, it's not allowed anymore.
But there are still enough imagehosters on the list
Permitted File Hosts, Image Hosts and Link Protectors
