japanese equivalent of HK CAT III movies?

the u.s.a have the rated-r softcore movies, the chinese have the HK CAT III softcore movies (sex and zen and erotic ghost story being the most famous franchises) . is there such a terminology when referring to softcore story lined japanese movies or other asian softcore storylined movies?

Sorry, I'm no expert in Japanese, but there's a lot of Thai movies that could be classified Cat III. These movies go from just showing breasts all the way up to blowjobs. Since porn is illegal in Thailand, it really varies. It seems that the producers say to the actress "you only have to fake sex" and then they see how far the girls will go. Often the girls will rub the guy's penis, but sometimes everything is simulated.

It's actually one of my favorite kinds of porn because the girls are often quite cute and you never know what will happen.
