Yep, i find this annoying too: 15 minutes of wanking a limp dick in the end and then suddenly .... those guys can ruin a whole scene imho.
It would be better to shorten the whole vid in that case.
Maybe the guy has already cum in between and couldn't come anymore when he should. Or they are making more than one scene and "save" the cumshot up to the next scene.

I think of things differently. It's not the guy's failure--it's the nature of the way porn is produced. To me, if the guy comes while jerking off thinking about something that makes him excited, it's no better than a fake cumshot.

The best porn happens when the guy and/or the girl are excited are enjoying the sex. When a guy is excited, cumshots are easy for him. That's why I find watching most porn like watching a guy change oil--boring as hell.

This is part of the reason I find myself returning, more and more to the classic stuff, mid to early 90's and 80's
