Older videos, particularly those from the Golden Age, look fabulous when properly upscaled to 1080. Sadly, there are people who post videos they have upscaled who don’t know what they are doing and so the result is crap.
If I could upscale videos, I would do it for thousands of videos I have and post them on this forum for others to enjoy.
But you have to spare a thought for people who live in locations where high speed internet does not exist or it is very expensive, or it is very slow, or it is not reliable. For these people, any resolution is better than no video and so even today, you can see videos that have been made in 2026, are being made in lower resolutions than 1280x720 (such as 848x480) as well as higher resolutions.
I do come across oddities however, where a video made a few months ago has only ever been made in 1280x720. Why this is so I have no idea and all the other videos in that series are all in 1080. There is no-one to ask about this and all porn studio websites do not have any contact info.
I would like to praise one video poster on spankbang, a site mostly full of morons, idiots, liars, stupid titles fake resolutions and butchered videos. Lizardeyes80 posts videos, mostly from the Golden Age and the quality is outstanding and beautiful. I have never come across anyone whose videos are consistently high quality like this person. He has a couple of other user names with just the last two characters being different, like 84. I have downloaded almost all his videos so i don;’t visit the site anymore, but also because that site is so annoying and searching on it is a waste of time.
