Stupid question about Rapidshare

Sorry for those who are web technicians and english speakers, but I'm not.
Then I have a stupid question : when I download a file from a Rapidshare link, I must choose between several servers different by the "bandwidth in use".
Which one must I choose ?
- the higher ?
- the lower ?
- the red ?

The text on the right tells you how much bandwidth is currently in use for each server. So choosing one with less bandwith in use theoretically should give a faster download speed then one that is being used a lot more at that time. When the text is given in red it means that server is close to it's bandwidth capacity so downloading from it may be slower than normal.
