Does anyone know a good free program that opens rar files.
I tried winrar and got nowhere.

Winrar is free and it certainly opens Rar files.

Perhaps you should tell us what problem you had and what files you tried to open.

I agree with Elmo. Perhaps you should elaborate more on the problem, I don't see why winrar didn't work.

Idea Could be the version that he has is older than the one that created the files...

Alittle differant, but the same.

Mac Tiger os x 10.4, using stuffit expander standard 9.0

I can open and run the first one just fine. The second and so on error's out. After stuffit asks where location is of next file, starts loading ERROR.
After that I try individualy to expand. error. Any idea's

Winrar must work 100%
They invented the rar format.... if it doesn't work it means there's an error in the rar file.
