55 is not that bad, age is OK, Physical limitations that pop up sucks. I'll share a little, I'm fighting a bullet that went through my spine, between neural sack and main autery. Blew out disk & remains there due to medical advisers. Between shoulder blades.

3 years a go I slipped three disks in my lower back, 1 is still bulging the other two are almost non existant.

I remember when I was younger I never thought about what my actions could bring.
