What is the Best Streaming Video Capture Program?

Hi all:

I browse via Firefox and the add-ons that used to work to capture streaming video are one-by-one ceasing to work to that goal (Ook It, Download Helper, UnPlug, and Video Downloader are the ones that I have used before). I know I have seen suggestions for progs in various threads in the past but I cannot locate them at the present, hence my hand up in the air for help, either as an add-on to Firefox or as a stand-alone program. Some stand-alone programs that work for some (but not all) sites that I have are Keep Tube (for YouTube only), Ares Tube (limited porn sites) and Ashampoo (also limited sites).

Oh, btw, I know about the Keep Vid and XVideodownloader sites as well.
