In "Swing the Spoon", it is particularly important to me to build a real "relationship" with the characters in the game while playing.
This is achieved by engaging with the traits and preferences, but also the problems and difficulties, of the various personalities. I deliberately chose not to include a utopian number of women without "soul" or character, who are then "processed" within a few moments of gameplay.
Instead, I preferred to include a few selected characters with (hopefully) interesting and appealing traits that make you want "more"...
This may not be suitable for everyone, as you need to have a little patience and perseverance to achieve the corresponding successes and scenes...
but it will definitely be worth it, I promise.
It is also very important to me that the player's (your) attention and ingenuity are rewarded.
There are numerous scenes and situations that can only be seen/achieved through exploration, diligence, or logical conclusions.
(Of course, the game can be completed entirely without these scenes...no one should be **** to spy on their neighbors...)

Story Progression
Episode 1 contains new story content and progression across a number of Jessica's existing paths:

Run Away with Hayley — progressed
Run Away without Hayley — progressed
Margaret Thatuals — George route — new/progressed content
Margaret Thatuals — Nurse Roberts & Professor Trounch route — new/progressed content
RED — introduced
Old Man / Old Woman Getaway routes — progressed
Because of the sheer number of possible branches in ****, not every route progresses the same distance during Episode 1.
Routes that reach their current end point remain playable and will continue to develop in future episodes.
New Features & Systems
DoAdventures.Net Walkthrough
A completely new built-in walkthrough system has been added through DoAdventures.Net
The walkthrough is organised by route, giving players a much easier way of navigating the increasingly ridiculous number of possible paths and choices.
Optional Route Colours
Choices are grey by default, which remains the intended way to experience the game. For players who want a little more guidance, route colours can be enabled through Preferences. These indicate which routes particular decisions are associated with.
Achievements
A new achievement system has been implemented, complete with custom achievement artwork and Steam integrated.
Gallery
Gallery functionality has been added, allowing unlocked content to be viewed from within the game.
Choice Replay
Important choices and scenes can now be revisited through the new replay system without needing to replay an entire route.
Habana Bar Mini-Game
Jessica can now actually work her shift behind the bar. Customers appear throughout the shift with different orders, and you'll need to interact with them, prepare their drinks and serve them correctly.
New Music & Soundtrack
The game's music has received a substantial overhaul/addition, with new music integrated throughout Episode 1.
Brand-New Main Title Video
The main menu/title presentation has also been updated with a completely new video.
And, because it deserves to survive from the previous changelog:
I removed one inexplicably levitating massage table from the middle of a fucking lake.
And Finally...
**** EP1 has become considerably bigger than I originally anticipated.
With 3,714 renders, nearly 59,000 words, 18 videos and dozens of different possible story states, Episode 1 is only the beginning of where I want to take Jessica's story. Some routes have travelled much further than others already, some have only just begun to reveal where they're heading, and others will receive their next major progression in Episode 2.
