I read about a few guys on reddit saying it is an oustanding experience and can even replace sex - I don't think thats right, but anyway.
If you read more about available gear, porn studios and whatever, check out removed. AFAIK there are also some torrent sites already providing full videos, but since I don't own a gear myself, I never downloaded one.
