Search solutions for good hosting

Iwant to propose my stuff here but I am looking for good hosting server.

I have already started uploading on another forum but I use netload which is prohibited here.

Do you know a server that accepts large files (200-400mo, i don't want to cut my file so no rapidshare), which does not require registration fee and who do not banished files easily?
