surely you guys/gurls do something other than browse the funsforum all day. what do you do? job? school? nothing?

i just graduated and got a job managing this little business that sells travel packages. want a complimentary weekend in aspen?

How do you get these little flags to appear beneath your avatar?
I've been playing around with the profile settings but couldn't work it out.
