Software needed to index images

Hi all,

I need to create an index of images from multiple folders at the same time, I basically want to upload about 140 sets and would like a way of creating an index to post as thumbs. I've used various apps before but they all require you to drill down to the bottom folder level, what I want is something that you point at the top level and let the software spider down through the sub dirs.
