Description: Emerald Rain tells the story of Tyler McCabe (Evan Stone), a man obsessed with finding the secrets of life in the Amazon rainforest. His primary adversary is Shady O'Gray (John Decker) who is looking to stop Tyler and maybe put in a shopping mall or gas station or something like that in the rainforest's place.While weak on plot, the movie (which was actually filmed on location in Venezuela and the Amazon jungle) is visually stunning and worth picking up just to see the beautiful locations most of us will never get to see in person.Most of the film is told in voiceover by Ava Vincent, who plays Evan's ex-girlfriend, Eden James. Eden is accompanied on her journey by William Benson (Dale DaBone), a man who we find out later in the film she is engaged to. So when we first see Ava and Dale make out on the beach, we think the two are giving in to pent up passion, and that Ava is so horny she can't wait for Evan before she has sex. Once we find out the two are actually engaged, this takes away from the passion of their scene...which is already over of course, but which I am guessing wouldn't be nearly as appealing to watch the second time through.
