Some time ago an update appeared in the new rules:

Quote:
If we are talking about new (0day) content and another user's thread, you can't post this content even if the thread hasn't been updated by its owner for over a week. Wait till the next day and if thread starter did not update their thread with the new release - you may post it then.
All this does not apply to old content. If thread wasn't updated for a week, you can post old content.

Now everything became clear. But there is one question - what can be considered "Old Content"? How many days / weeks / months must pass, what would the content be considered as "old content"?
For example: If the topic starter not yet posted content with the release date of June-July-August 2018, is it necessary to wait a week or does this content fall under the rules of the new content? What are the terms from the date of release?

Please clarify.

Thanks

We think it would be reasonable if 'old content' would be content released before current year
