If you're not interested in using RS Collector to accumulate points to get your own RS Premium account, and I respect those that aren't minded to do that, then have you considered uploading your stuff to MediaFire.

MF is just as good as RS Premium for downloading (fast, downloader support, multiple streams, resume etc) and its FREE. Free uploads are restricted to 100MB and will be deleted if they're not downloaded for 30 days, or of course if they're reported. MF has no rewards system like RS, HF etc. It makes it money from publishers who want big files (up to 5G ?), who want their stuff to stay up forever and who want their subscribers to be able to download fast and free (after paying the publisher their subs of course).
