why do i have to log in twice

just wanted to know since its been happening for quite some time now.

maybe its the browser i use.

Same here (sometimes) when logging in using https://www.forumophilia.com with MF.

Same thing here. Sometimes it works on the first try, usually on the second try, and occasionally it takes three login attempts. I have tried to find a common thread that causes the problem, but no luck so far.
