It would be nice if a minimum frame size policy were put into place. Some of these thumbnail images people are posting are basically useless as the frames are so small. It would be nice if enough of the detail could be made out without having to click through. Even with a fast connection, some of these image hosts can take a long time for each large image to come up.

Size of clickable thumbnails isn't determined by the forum.
That is set by the preview host who creates the thumbnail posted here.

But a restriction on preview hosts can be set just as restrictions on link protectors, etc. so that the images are larger.

I'm also not specifically referring to the whole image size, but rather the frame shot size in the image. When someone decides to cram 40 frames into a preview image that's 50 pixels wide by 100 pixels tall, what good does that do?
