Advices how to build a xxx porn-site?

I have had many short-term girlfriends by now and have made vids of having sex with them, taking bath and a few more scenes. however i respect their decision to let me film them so i never showed the movies to anyone, not even best friends but... since i live in east europe and there are lots of nice girls around, especially in the country where i live i'm thinking to start making a porn website with amateur movies. striptease, sex, street candinds, beach candinds, nude walking, walking dressed and waring different types of sexy clothes etc. but i don't know where to start besides filming the action


Any ideas?

First,
you should ask yourself why do you want to spread
your selfmade porn in the internet.
Is it because of having fun to share
or is it straight business, means making $$$?

Also,
you should be always prepared of a visit from those
uniformed guys. This got different reasons.

People who visit your site doubt the age of a woman
People who identify themself in your candid-material
and want it offline
Your photographed/filmed women change their mind
and starting to attack you because of whatever (money,
having a boyfriend who doesn't like their "work",...)
People who join/pay for your site feel like that they
don't get what they paid for (if you make a business outta it)
and much, much more.

At least,
it ain't hard to get a site working with all the currently
software which is out in these days but it's harder to
let it stay alive. Talking about people who try to hack
your site, technical issues with server, software or
your database.

If I would try to start somthing like you're planing then
I would rent a server, write the scripts, sites on my own
and would also do all the webdesign like graphics on my
own.
But you could also put all your stuff on one of those
"blog-sites" which are totally for free or get yourself
a forum up for sharing your content.

Just don't forget to watermark all your content before
you share it in any way.

I'm browsing porn-sites now for a while and saw
many come and dissapear. Many got into some
big trouble because of it and had to pay thousands
of dollars because of getting in conflict with the law.

I don't want you to scare you off but creating and
running a porn-site isn't anything for everybody.

I mean, neither I know you nor I know how much
work and time you're planing to invest in this
project.
