Just goes to show how freaking impossible it is to regulate this kind of stuff. I say they just give up cause its such a waste of resources. Why should the American government be able to say that foreign teens can't pose nude for money, when its considered okay in their own countries? In the end, the victims are gonna be the law-abiding types who checked for the legal statements on legit-looking sites. You'd think they would have enough on their hands with the **** and **** abuse in this country, not to mention the women in the Middle East. If any group of women can be considered used and abused, its gotta be them.

it may be more likely that teen-alex.de is lying. Their legal disclaimer says:

"The author reserves the right not to be responsible for the topicality, correctness, completeness or quality of the information provided. Liability claims regarding damage caused by the use of any information provided, including any kind of information which is incomplete or incorrect, will therefore be rejected."

So, if I'm reading that right it means they could pretty much say whatever they want to, and it doesn't have to be true. If anyone knows better legalese, by all means correct me if I'm wrong.

Okay, does anybody here actually give a shit about a girl's real age? Besides whether or not she's legal that is. I know I sure as hell don't. If she's got the body of trim, fit, 16-year old, I'm good to go. She could be a 60-year-old freak of nature for all I care. Which brings me to the question:

european sites used claiming mostly real girls age. Stupid american laws needs 18+ for their subscribers. In my country is normall we had Playboy playmates 16 and 17 y old. In Germany too. Remember all same claimings are for subscribers from conservative countries. I personaly now girls posing nude under 18 without problems. I am working and worked in couple of medias, so i can confirm how it works here.
