Ok, I think I have a not too difficult one (a real classic in Technicolor). Who know's the guy who brought the fresh meat for this banquet?

Yeah, that's it.

That banquet is from "The Adventures of Robin Hood" of 1938 directed by Michael Curtiz.
The two guys in the foreground had more famous roles to play, as the one in red (Basil Rathbone) gave a terrific Sherlock Holmes from 1939-1946, and the one next to him (Claude Rains) gave the "Captain Renault" in Casablanca.

So, let's see the next challenge.

Hey, what a wonderful game! I just discovered this threat and "played" every round on my own, but I have to admit that I didn´t recognize nearly half of the movie previews, although I´m a great cinema fan. My deepest respect to all of you for your amazing knowledge!!! Wink

Here's a new one for all movie fans. Admittedly it's a tough one (at least not so widely know), but here's a little hint. Made by a really famous director and starring a real hero!

Yes, completly right.

Just a little more info for all, director is John Huston, who made his "African Queen" the same year and actor is Audie Murphy, the most decorated american WWII combat soldier.

well, it's got fashion models + mod style but it's not Blow Up

it was directed by an American photographer
the film is in French
soundtrack by Michel Legrand
it has been on the Sundance channel recently, also released on the Eclipse series from the Criterion Collection
i might post more images ...

Ok, I found the solution after reading carefully through your hints...

It's "Qui êtes-vous, Polly Maggoo?" (Where are you, Polly Magoo?) by William Klein, with Philippe Noiret, Jean Rochefort, Grayson Hall and Dorothy McGowan as "Polly".
