O.k. here is my list.
1. All an illusion. Only in my head you dont exist. Who are you fooling. Don't need a shrink but an exorcist
2. Fine fine, fine fine Acelandine be prepared for her. Tea tea, tea tea to make her free while incense burned.
3. Chimes sing sunday morn. Todays the day she's sworn. To steal what she never could own and race from this hole she calls home
4. I need you to show me the way from crazy. I wanna be so much more than this. With one hand high, you'll show them your progress. You'll take your time, but no one cares.
5. And when you ran to me, Your cheeks flushed with the night. We walked on frosted fields of juniper and lamplight...
6. The hostess is grinning, her guests sleep from sinning. Hear me talk of sin and you know this is it.
7. Dont be afraid to be weak. Don't be too proud to be strong. Just look into your heart my friend, that will be the return to yourself.
8. Daddy, can I go and hunt tonight, like you do on Sunday mornings. Honey, give me a real jungle knife... to feel, feel like taking my life
9. Oh what have I done, what happened to the morning. I passed the time away high again. I got to find a way to fill the space in time
10. I can sense it... Something important is about to happen... It's coming up. It takes courage to enjoy it. The hardcore and the gentle
Great set mi Eirrish amigo. I'm going after a few of the unclaimed ones, including the Madchester 2 even though I am a Liverpool fan.
#1. James - Born of Frustration. Good horns in that song.
#3. Stone Roses - Waterfall (another GREAT Madchester group). People in the UK find it hard to believe that this group had no hits in the USA, and that many yanks haven't even heard of them. Or, many Americans HAVE heard of them, but can't name any of their songs, yadda yadda. But in 1989, Americans were too busy listening to another band with Roses in the name, GNR, along with Milli Vanilli, Madonna, Aerosmith, Janet Jackson, Tom Petty, Fine Young Cannibals, Tone Loc, Young MC, and Biz Markie. Then Nirvana and a few others came along ... thankfully ... and the world changed.
#6. I'm leaving this one for
GNOME of course, he better see it. And if he does, watch out for your ankles if you claim this one, he'll be a-kickin'.
#7. Enigma -- I think its called "Return to Innocence", its that big hit from their 2nd/Cross album.
Don't really have a clue on the other leftovers, though #2 is on the tip of my tongue and is pissing me off. Sorry for ramblin' on so.
Oh, I forgot. "Thanks for your post."
